1.introduction of integrated purifier filter (PE shell +carbon filter ):
Sintered carbon filter now are welcomed by more and more industrial,for its good performance of alternative filtration precision and strong purify capacity.But its service life will be shorten if you use directly. So currently many household water conditioner manufactory adopt the method of multilever filter, pp cotton filter combine with carbon filter.In this way to protect the carbon filter and prolong the life time . In general,they will add 1-2 pieces of PP cotton filter in the pretreatment,which will meet our requirement but enlarge the whole water purifier volume.
For sintered PE filter have high filtration precision, small volume and can fit with carbon filter.PE filter can keep some impurity and bacteria whose diameter is bigger than pore diameter outside. In this way to protect the carbon filter,prolong its life time and save space ,use 1 piece PE filter to take place 2-3 pieces pp cotton filter
