In the process of membrane treatment, special process makes PVDF membrane fill into the pores of the support skeleton to form a mosaic structure and make the membrane firmly attached to the skeleton. The PVDF tubular membrane with PE skeleton enjoys excellent filtering performance, sufficient mechanical strength and good chemical and temperature resistance. Besides, the embedded PVDF membrane can ensure that there will be no membrane peeling in use, and, compared with other microfiltration membranes, can operate and back flush under higher pressure and contribute to easy use, longer service life and cost saving.
PVDF tubular microfiltration membrane module operates with internal-in and external-out, cross-flow filtration mode. In cross-flow filtration, raw material liquid flows past the membrane surface along the tangential direction, and passes through the membrane under the transmembrane pressure. Particles in the raw material liquid are retained on the membrane surface and form a pollution layer. Due to the function of flow shear stress, particle deposits on the membrane surface diffuse and return to the main fluid. In such a way, the deposit of particles retained on membrane surface can be greatly reduced, thus membrane flux can keep at a relatively stable condition for a long time.
